Rental rates are seasonal and are per day.
- Winter (01 June - 31 August): R1800 per day (Approx £160 GBP/€185 EUR/$265 USD )
- Spring and Autumn (01 April - 31 May; 01 September - 31 October): R2500 per day (Approx £227 GBP/€258 EUR/$368 USD)
- Summer (21 January-31 March; 01 November - 10 December): R3000 per day (Approx £270 GBP/€312 EUR/$440 USD)
- Peak Summer (11 December - 20 January): R3500 per day (Approx £318 GBP/€357 EUR/$514 USD)
*For long term rental of 1 month or more, discounted monthly rates will apply
Terms and conditions:
- A minimum stay of 3 nights is required
- A payment of 50% is required on booking. The remainder is payable on or before arrival.
- Smoking indoors is not permitted

When entering Hermanus from Cape Town on the R43, merely follow the main road through the town. Pass through a small circle before the marine hotel and continue on until you reach a second, larger traffic circle/roundabout. Enter the circle and follow it around. Take the 3rd exit into 10th street. Continue down 10th street and over 2 stop streets. Turn left into 15th avenue and then first right into 9th street. The house is about 50metres further on on your left.
