Rates:
- Winter (01 June - 31 August): N$950 per day
- Spring and Autumn (01 April - 31 May; 01 September - 31 October): N$1200 per day
- Summer (01 November - 31 March): N$1600 per day
*For long term rental of 1 month or more, discounted monthly rates will apply
Terms and conditions:
- A minimum stay of 3 nights is required
- Smoking indoors is not permitted
- A payment of 50% is required on booking. The remainder is payable on arrival.

The house address is 13 Nordstrand Park, Strand (Beach) Road, Swakopmund. The drive in entrance to the complex is on Neser Street, and the foot entrance off Strand street (just past the turn off to Hafen street and on the corner). Here follows an interactive map:
